Completely omitted her Sterling Street property from required NY State filings — all signed under penalty of perjury.

Federal prosecutors reportedly have:

Defense attorney admissions.

Under 18 U.S.C. § 1014, the crime was allegedly complete the moment she signed the false declaration.
